Bringing new life to a piece of New Orleans history, the Mayfair Hotel renovation transformed historic Canal Street buildings into a distinctive hospitality destination. Serving as general contractor, Southern Builders of Louisiana collaborated with a dedicated team of architects and designers to thoughtfully restore the property's historic character while bringing new life and modern functionality to its interiors. The project reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, collaboration, and preserving the architectural heritage that makes New Orleans unique.
